Front Toe Adjustment

NOTICE: Rear wheel alignment must be set to specifications before front alignment adjustment.

TOE-IN
1. Lock steering wheel in straight ahead position.
2. Loosen left and right outer tie rod jam nuts.
3. Turn inner tie rod, by flats, to change toe.
4. After adjustment, torque outer tie rod end jam nuts 74 ft. lbs.
5. Ensure seals do not become twisted.
6. Recheck toe angle.

CRADLE
Check cradle to body alignment at two alignment holes using 5/16 inch rod, Fig. 2. If cradle to body alignment is not correct, loosen cradle fasteners and align cradle to body.
