Manual Windows

REMOVAL




1. Remove inner door trim panel.
2. Remove outer door panel.
3. Lower door glass. Remove glass nuts with tool SA9148B.
Push glass up and rotate slightly.
Remove door glass.
4. Disconnect harness on power regulator, if equipped.
5. Remove regulator cam bolts.
Drill out regulator rivets and remove regulator.

INSTALLATION




1. Install regulator with rivets.
Install regulator cam bolts.
2. Connect harness on power regulator, if equipped.
3. Install door glass into door and over regulator studs.
Install glass nuts with tool SA9148B.

Torque: 6 N.m (53 in.lbs.)

4. Adjust door glass.
5. Install outer door panel.
6. Install inner door trim panel.
