Intake Manifold Torque & Sequence
EGR Valve to Head/
Intake Manifold-Bolt: 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.)
Heater Outlet-to-
Intake Manifold: 26 Nm (19 ft. lbs.)
Studs-to-Head: 12 Nm (106 inch lbs.)
Support Bracket-to-Block (LH): 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.)
Throttle Body-to-Air
Intake Manifold: 31 Nm (23 ft. lbs.)
Intake Manifold Bolt Tightening Sequence:
Intake Nuts Tighten the intake nuts sequentially. Torque to 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.).
