Driver Inflator Module - Installation

1. Connect inflator module to wiring harness and install integral connector lock device.

IMPORTANT: Always replace inflator module (air bag) fasteners with new fasteners. Never reuse old fasteners.

2. Install inflator module (air bag) into steering wheel and torque fasteners, being careful not to cross thread fasteners.
- Torque: 10 Nm (89 lb in)
3. Snap on screw covers.
4. Enable the SIR system. (Refer to Air Bags and Seat Belts.)
