Description:






REMOVAL
1. Turn ignition Off.
2. Remove connector position assurance (CPA) retainer and disconnect cruise control electrical connector.
3. Disconnect cruise control rod bracket from accelerator pedal.
4. Remove nuts attaching cruise control module to steering column and remove cruise control module.

INSTALLATION
1. Install cruise control module to steering column bracket using three nuts.

Torque: 6 NM (53 in. lbs)

2. Connect cruise control rod bracket to accelerator cable.

CAUTION: ADJUST CRUISE CONTROL CABLE EACH TIME CRUISE CONTROL MODULE IS REMOVED OR REPLACED. THROTTLE OPERATION COULD BE AFFECTED. REPAIR TO CRUISE CONTROL CABLE ADJUSTMENT IN THIS SECTION.
