Removal Procedure





1. Remove front fender. Refer to Front Fender Replacement (Front Fender Replacement) removal procedure in this section.
2. Remove air box.
3. Remove rivets attaching reinforcement to spaceframe.
4. Remove reinforcement from spaceframe.



Installation Procedure

1. Position reinforcement to spaceframe.
2. Install rivets into reinforcement and spaceframe.
3. Install air box.
4. Install front fender. Refer to Front Fender Replacement (Front Fender Replacement) installation procedure in this section.
