Rear Windshield Washer System Front Hose




REMOVAL
1. Open hood and disconnect front washer hose at pump and plug outlet port.
2. Remove lower Close out panel (hush panel).
3. Remove windshield pillar trim panel.
4. Install new hose onto old hose at windshield pillar by forcing each end of hose over a 6 mm (1/4 in.) or equivalent.
5. Tape around joint with electrical tape where the two hoses meet to additionally secure.

INSTALLATION
1. Pull on old hose under hood to route new hose in place.
2. Connect new hose to pump and windshield pillar.
3. Install windshield pillar trim.
4. Test washer system for proper operation.
