Wiper Motor Assembly - Rear

REMOVAL




1. Remove rear wiper arm finish cap.
2. Remove wiper arm retaining nut, washer and arm.
3. Remove spacer, shaft nut, washer, and bezel.




4. Open liftgate.
5. Remove liftgate trim panel.
6. Disconnect electrical connector.
7. While supporting rear wiper motor assembly remove mounting bolts.
8. Remove wiper motor assembly.

INSTALLATION
1. Install wiper motor assembly.
2. While supporting rear wiper motor assembly install mounting bolts.

Torque: 3 N.m (27 in-lbs)

3. Connect electrical connector.




4. Install bezel, washer, shaft nut, and spacer.

Torque: 2 N.m (18 in-lbs)

5. Install wiper arm, washer, and retaining nut.

Torque: 9 N.m (80 in-lbs)

6. Install rear wiper arm finish cap.
7. Install liftgate trim panel.
8. Close liftgate.
9. Function rear wiper to check operation.
