Park Lock Switch

REMOVAL




1. Disable the SIR system.
2. Remove automatic transaxle control assembly.
3. Using a electrical terminal pick, remove shift lock control solenoid electrical terminals (black wires) from connector body.




4. Move control assembly out of Park (P) position and remove park lock switch by depressing switch retaining tabs.
5. Remove park lock switch connector body from control assembly, and remove switch assembly.

INSTALLATION




1. Install connector body to control assembly.
2. Install park lock switch to control assembly.




3. Insert shift lock control solenoid electrical terminals into connector body.
4. Install automatic transaxle control assembly.
5. Enable the SIR system.
