Decklid Latch Mechanism

REMOVAL

1. Open rear compartment lid.
2. Disconnect electrical connector from latch assembly.
3. Remove screws from latch assembly.

4. Unhook lock cylinder actuator cable from latch assembly.
5. Remove latch assembly.

INSTALLATION

1. Install latch assembly.
2. Hook lock cylinder actuator cable to latch assembly.
3. Install screws to latch assembly.

Torque: 10 N.m (89 in-lbs)

4. Connect electrical connector to latch assembly.
5. Close rear compartment lid.
