Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes
CLEARING DTCS WITH SCAN TOOLCurrent Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) clear whenever the ignition is switched Off. History DTCs in Malf History will clear after 100 ignition cycles with tests failed.
IMPORTANT: Both current and history DTCs will clear when "Clear DTCs" is selected on scan tool. Disconnecting power to the ABS control module will clear current DTCs, but has no effect on history DTCs.
