Air Combination Valve

REMOVAL




1. Remove nuts from combination valve studs.
2. Remove air hose.
3. Remove vacuum hoses.
4. Remove bolt and separate air pump solenoid from combination valve.
5. Remove combination valve and gasket from rear air compressor bracket.

INSTALLATION

IMPORTANT: Make sure gaskets are installed correctly or a leak will occur. If gaskets are removed from studs, replace with new gaskets.




1. Install combination valve studs into rear air compressor bracket through air pipe flange holes.
2. Install and torque nuts.

Torque:
Combination Valve Studs: 7 N.m (62 in-lbs)


3. In stall air pump solenoid.
4. Install and torque bolt.

Torque:
Air Pump Solenoid Bolt: 3.4 N.m (30 in-lbs)


5. Install vacuum hoses.
6. Install air hose.
