Body Control System Diagnosis

DTC B1001

The vehicle option content information must be entered as part of the body control module (BCM) programming procedure. If the vehicle option content information is not included and the programming procedure is completed, the DTC will set.

DTC Parameters

- Programming of the BCM was completed without completing vehicle option content information.
- The condition exists for 1 second.
- Turns ON the service wrench telltale.
