Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) - Replacement

REMOVAL




1. Disable the SIR System. Refer to "Disabling the SIR System" procedure.
2. Position steering column to its lowest position.
3. Remove I/P cluster trim plate.




4. Remove upper and lower cluster fasteners and pull rearward to remove I/P cluster.

INSTALLATION




1. Install I/P cluster into I/P housing ensuring that the cluster harness is connected. Install and tighten fasteners.

Torque:
I/P Cluster Trim Plate-to-I/P Housing Fasteners: 2.5 N.m (22 in-lbs)




2. Install I/P cluster trim plate.
3. Enable the SIR System. Refer to "Enabling the SIR System" procedure.
