Lower Radiator Hose

LOWER RADIATOR HOSE

REMOVAL





1. Remove battery.
2. Drain coolant.
3. Remove lower radiator hose to engine block clamp.





4. Remove return hose to surge bottle clamp.





5. Remove lower radiator hose to radiator outlet clamp.
6. Remove lower radiator hose from engine bracket clamp and remove.

INSTALLATION

IMPORTANT: White line on hose should be installed at 12 o'clock position.

1. Position lower radiator hose into engine bracket clamp.





2. Install lower radiator hose to engine block fitting.





3. Install return hose to surge tank.
4. Install lower radiator hose to engine block fitting clamp at I o'clock position.
5. Install return hose to surge tank clamp at 2 o'clock position.





IMPORTANT: White line on hose should be installed at 12 o'clock position.

6. Install lower radiator hose to radiator outlet.
7. Install lower radiator hose to radiator outlet clamp at 12 o'clock position.
8. Close dower radiator hose into engine bracket clamp.
9. Install battery.
10. Connect negative battery cable.
Torque:
Battery Terminal Bolts: 17 Nm (13 ft. lbs.)
11. Fill coolant.
