REVERSE CLUTCH FUNCTIONAL AIR CHECK

1. Air check the reverse clutch with 20 psi of air pressure in order to verify the proper operation of the seals and clutch assembly.

2. Assemble 2nd roller clutch assembly into roller clutch cam.

IMPORTANT: When installing 2nd roller clutch assembly onto reverse clutch housing, the flat side of roller clutch cam faces down toward housing.

3. While rotating roller clutch in order to properly engage rollers, assemble 2nd roller clutch onto reverse clutch housing.

NOTICE: Second Roller Clutch Installer J41235 will press roller clutch retainer to a specified depth. If J41235 is not used and retainer is pressed too far down onto the inner race, the roller clutch may not operate properly.
