Power Mirror Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove mirror glass.




2. Remove mirror trim panel by pulling out at top.
3. Remove foam filler.




4. Disconnect electrical connector from door harness.




5. Remove attaching nuts securing mirror.
6. Remove motor from mirror housing.
7. Unroute wire.

Installation Procedure




1. Route electrical connector.
2. Connect electrical connector.
3. Install foam filler.
4. Install motor.
5. Install three screws and tighten.

Tighten Motor to Mirror Housing Screws to: 3 Nm (27 lb-in)




6. Snap mirror glass assembly onto motor.




7. Install mirror attachment nuts.

Tighten Mirror Attachment Nut to: 10 Nm (89 lb-in)

8. Install foam filler.




9. Install mirror trim cover by placing lower portion of cover behind trim panel and push in on top fastener.
