Cooling Fan Control Module Replacement

Removal Procedure






1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Use the screwdriver to release the retraining tab on the cooling fan control module and remove the module by sliding up and off the bracket.
3. Disconnect the cooling fan control module electrical connectors.

Installation Procedure






1. Connect the cooling fan control module electrical connectors.
2. Install the fan control module by sliding down onto the bracket.
3. Connect the negative battery cable. Tighten the battery terminal bolts to 17 Nm (13 lb ft).
