Schematic:

CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
Battery voltage is supplied to the Body Control Module (BCM) by circuit 1640. This input is internally monitored by the BCM for proper operating voltage. The proper operating voltage range is from 9 to 16 volts.

DTC PARAMETERS
^ Voltage on circuit 1640 is more than 18.5 volts
^ Condition exists for 5.0 seconds

DIAGNOSTIC AIDS
^ Check for poor connection at the BCM. Inspect ground integrity circuit 550 using DVOM. Inspect harness connectors for backed out terminals, improper terminal mating, broken connector locks, improperly formed or damaged terminals and poor terminal-to-wire connection (terminal crimped over wire insulation and not conductors).
^ Check charging system for proper voltage.
^ Inspect wiring harness for damage. Check for broken or chaffed insulation.
^ If fault is suspected to be intermittent, wiggling harness wiring may help in locating fault.
