Cruise Control Switch: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

NOTE: Rotating screwdriver while removing switch may damage steering wheel.




1. Use a small flat-blade screwdriver to pry switch assembly from steering wheel.
2. Disconnect cruise switch harness connector.

INSTALLATION




1. Connect switch harness connector. Push in connector until a click is heard and pull back to confirm a positive engagement.
2. Insert cruise switch assembly in steering wheel and gently apply pressure to fasten switch in opening.
