Vacuum Harness Assembly-1

REMOVAL




1. Remove air intake tube and fresh air hose.




2. Disconnect vacuum harness from EVAP canister purge solenoid and secondary air system combination valve, if equipped.
3. Remove vacuum harness from throttle body by unclipping the two tangs and lifting it upward.

INSTALLATION




1. Install the throttle body vacuum harness connector.
2. Connect vacuum harness to EVAP canister purge solenoid and secondary air system combination valve, if equipped.

IMPORTANT: See diagram to insure proper routing and connection of vacuum lines.

3. Install air intake tube and fresh air hose.
4. Start engine and check for vacuum leaks.
