Defrost Duct
REMOVAL 1.
Remove I/P cover.
2.
Remove defrost duct to HVAC module nuts and remove defrost duct.
INSTALLATION 1.
Inspect defrost duct to I/P cover and HVAC module seals (if damaged replace using Kent Industries adhesive back foam tape P/N 46485 (or equivalent).
2.
Install defrost duct and attachment nuts.
Torque: Defrost Duct Nuts:
2.5 N.m (22 in-lbs) 3.
Install I/P cover.
