Variable Driven Pulley Bearing Replacement

^ J8092 Universal Driver Handle
^ J43077 Variable Driven Pulley Bearing Installer
^ J45113 Variable Driven Pulley Bearing Remover
^ J45124 Removal Bridge





1. Install the J45113 into the variable driven pulley bearing on the torque converter and differential housing assembly.
2. Using 2 wrenches, tighten the J45113.





3. Using a wrench, the J45124 and the J45113, remove the variable driven pulley bearing assembly from the torque converter and differential housing assembly.





4. Important: Install the variable driven pulley bearing assembly with the rounded edge down.

Using the J8092 (1), the J43077 (2) and a hammer, install the variable driven pulley bearing assembly into the torque converter and differential housing assembly.
