Transmission Mount Replacement - Front
Removal Procedure
1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.





2. Remove the front transaxle mount through bolt.





3. Remove the front transaxle mount to transaxle bolts.
4. Remove the front transaxle mount from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure





1. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Install the front transaxle mount and transaxle bolts.
Tighten the bolts to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).





2. Hand start the front transaxle mount through bolt.

3. Important: The front and rear transmission mounts must be allowed to settle with the through bolts loosened.

Loosen the rear trans mount through bolt.
4. Tighten the transmission mount through bolts in the following order.
1. Tighten the rear bolt to 100 Nm (74 ft. lbs.).
2. Tighten the front bolt to 100 Nm (74 ft. lbs.).

5. Lower the vehicle.
