Front Door Lock Rod

REMOVAL




1. Remove door trim panel front.
2. Remove water deflector enough to access lock rod.




3. Detach lock rod from latch assembly by pulling outward.
4. Remove lock rod by pulling up through access hole.

INSTALLATION




1. Place lock rod through access hole.
2. Attach lock rod to clip and engage by pushing toward outer door panel.
3. Verify correct operation of lock rod.

IMPORTANT: Replace water deflector if damaged.




4. Install water deflector to previous holes and position.
5. Install inside door trim panel front.
