Windshield Reveal Molding Replacement

Removal Procedure

Important: The windshield lower molding locator can only be replaced by removing the windshield and then removing and installing new windshield moldings, upper and lower locator, and both "A" pillar moldings.


1. Remove the windshield. Refer to Windshield Replacement (Windshield Replacement).




2. Remove the lower locator windshield molding from the windshield.
3. Clean the old adhesive from the glass using isopropyl alcohol.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the windshield lower locator and upper reveal molding.

Important: The adhesive is already in the service part. No additional adhesive is necessary.


2. Install the windshield. Refer to Windshield Replacement (Windshield Replacement).
