Blower Motor Fan/Motor

REMOVAL




1. Disconnect I/P wire harness from blower motor.




2. Remove blower motor to HVAC module screws and remove blower motor.
3. Remove blower motor fan to blower motor retention clip and remove fan.

INSTALLATION
1. Align blower motor fan with flat of blower motor shaft and install fan with retention clip.
2. Install blower motor and attachment screws.

Torque:
Blower Motor Screws: 1 N.m (9 in. lbs.)




3. Connect I/P wire harness to blower motor.
