Condition

Some customers may comment that the power windows and power sunroof (if equipped) will not operate.

Cause

The 30A "PWR WDW Maxi" fuse in the underhood fuse block (UHEB) may have opened. The fuse opening may be caused by continuously holding all window switches while the window is either completely up or down.

Correction

Remove open 30A PWR WDW Maxi fuse in UHEB and replace with 30A circuit breaker, P/N 12077843. Refer to underhood fuse block label to locate fuse.
