Finish Panel Replacement - Rear End Sill Molding
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the rear compartment closeout panel. Refer to Panel Replacement - Rear Compartment Closeout (Panel Replacement - Rear Compartment Closeout) .
2. Remove the side stowage tray fasteners and remove the stowage tray.
3. Remove the right passenger quarter trim. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter Lower (Service and Repair) .
4. Remove the driver rear hold down hook fasteners and remove the hold down hooks
5. Remove the load floor fasteners.
6. Pull upward on the sill molding to disengage the sill molding clips.
7. Carefully slide the driver side load floor leg out from under the side trim.
8. Remove the sill molding from the load floor substrate.
Installation Procedure
1. Attach the sill molding to the load floor substrate.
2. Position the load floor substrate to the vehicle.
3. Push on the sill molding to engage the clips.
4. Secure the weatherstrip over the edge of the sill molding.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
5. Install the load floor substrate fasteners.
Tighten the fasteners to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).
6. Install the driver side quarter trim. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter Lower (Service and Repair) .
7. Install the driver side hold down hooks with fasteners.
8. Position the stowage tray into the load floor.
9. Install the stowage tray fasteners.
Tighten the fasteners to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).
10. Install the rear compartment closeout panel. Refer to Panel Replacement - Rear Compartment Closeout (Panel Replacement - Rear Compartment Closeout) .
