Front Door Primary Glass Run Channel Seal

REMOVAL
1. Remove front door outer panel.
2. Remove front door applique.
3. Remove front door sound insulator.
4. Remove front door window. Remove window fasteners from outboard side of the door and remove window through bolt opening.
5. Remove front door secondary glass run channel seal.




6. Remove front door primary glass run channel seal.
6.1. Depress mushroom retainers at the top ends of the metal glass run channels.
6.2. Remove seal legs from metal glass run channels.
6.3. Starting from the rear comer of the door, remove seal from door header flange.

INSTALLATION
1. Install front door primary glass run channel seal.
1.1. Starting from the rear corner of the door, install seal to door header flange.
1.2. Install mushroom retainers at the top ends of the metal glass run channels.
1.3. Install seal legs to metal glass run channels.
2. Install front door secondary glass run channel seal.
3. Install front door window through belt opening.

Torque:
Front Door Window Fasteners: 10 N.m (89 in-lbs)

4. Install front door sound insulator.
5. Install door applique.

Torque:
Front Door Applique Fasteners: 2.2 N.m (20 in-lbs)

6. Install front door outer panel.
