Enabling the Frontal Inflators

1. Turn the steering wheel so that the vehicle's wheels are pointing straight ahead.
2. Turn ignition switch to the OFF position and remove key.
3. Remove AIRBAG mini-fuse from instrument panel fuse block (IPFB).
4. Connect yellow driver SIR connector, located near the base of the steering column on left side of steering column support bracket and install CPA.




5. Connect passenger SIR connector and install CPA.

IMPORTANT: Do not remove upper trim panel. Passenger connect is accessible from underside of I/P.

6. Attach connector clip to HVAC blower housing.
