Underhood Fuse Block
REMOVALIMPORTANT: Record all pre-set radio stations.
1. Ignition OFF
2. Remove battery cooling box screws and remove battery cover.
3. Disconnect negative battery cable.
4. Disconnect positive battery cable.
5. Remove nut at the end of the fuse block and remove both the positive battery cable and the EPS cable.
6. Loosen bolts on the top of the fuse block until the block can be lifted off of the connectors.
7. Remove the green 2-way and the white 2-way I/P connectors.

8. Remove fuse block.
IMPORTANT: All 3-fuse block 68-way connectors are held into place to the fuse block case by a push pin design.
9. Pull up on each 68-way until it comes out.
(1) Fuse block case
(2) Forward Lamp 68-way
(3) Engine 68-way
(4) I/P 68-way
INSTALLATION
IMPORTANT: All 3-fuse block 68-way connectors are held into place to the fuse block case by a push pin design.
1. Install each 68-way connector into its proper location.
2. Push down on the 68-way connector until it is seated into the fuse block.
3. Connector I/P green 2-way and white 2-way connectors into fuse block.
4. Place fuse block on the 68-way connectors.
5. Tighten bolts on the top of the fuse block.

Torque:
Underhood Fuse Block: 4 N.m (35 in-lbs)
6. Replace both the positive battery cable and the EPS at the end of fuse block with nut.
Torque:
UHFB B+ Terminal Nut: 10 N.m (89 in-lbs)
7. Replace cover.
8. Connect positive battery cable to battery.
Torque:
Battery Terminal Bolts: 17 ft-lbs (13 ft-lbs)
9. Connect negative battery cable to battery.
Torque:
Battery Terminal Bolts: 17 ft-lbs (13 ft-lbs)
10. Install battery cooling box cover and tighten screws.
Torque:
Battery Cooling Box Cover Screws: 2 ft-lbs (18 in-lbs)
11. Reprogram radio stations.
