Fuel Rail: Description and Operation
FUEL RAIL ASSEMBLYFuel Rail Assemblies - 6-CYL:
The fuel rail assemblies is mounted internally to the intake manifold. It positions the fuel injectors in the intake manifold and distributes fuel evenly to the fuel injectors. Whenever performing any service on the fuel injectors, it is essential to re-attach the fuel injectors to the fuel rail (using injector retaining clip) prior to installing the injectors into the intake manifold.
