Enabling the Frontal and Curtain Inflators

1. Turn the steering wheel so that the vehicle's wheels are pointing straight ahead.
2. Turn ignition switch to the OFF position and remove key.
3. Remove AIRBAG mini-fuse from instrument panel fuse block (IPFB).
4. Gently pull back on the headliner to access the right and left curtain inflator module (YEL 2-way) connectors.
5. Connect the right and left curtain inflator connectors.
6. Install the right and left CPA to the curtain inflator connectors.




7. Install the right and left headliner coat hooks into the headliner.




8. Push the headliner center push pin into the root of the vehicle.




9. Install the right and left upper D-pillar trim panels.




10. Insert AIRBAG mini-fuse into the instrument panel fuse block (IPFB).
11. Turn ignition On and verify SIR operates properly.
