36. Control Valve Body Assembly Disassemble

CONTROL VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY DISASSEMBLE





1. Remove manual valve (337).





2. Remove lock-up control solenoid valve retainer (319), wiring harness clip (318), and bolt (307).
3. Remove TCC lock-up PC solenoid (SLU) (339).





4. Remove control valve body solenoid valve retainer (312) and bolt (311).
5. Remove line PC solenoid (SLT) (316) and shift PC solenoid (SLS) (340).





6. Remove shift solenoid retaining bolts.
7. Remove shift solenoids.





8. Remove front control valve body bolts (304, 313, 314).





9. Remove front control valve body assembly (315), gaskets, and the plate from middle control valve body assembly (323) as an assembly.





10. Remove fluid strainers and accumulator check valves from middle of valve body.





11. Remove bolt (304) from middle control valve body.





12. Turn the middle control valve body over in order to remove remaining bolts.





13. Remove bolts (331, 332) from No. 2 rear control valve body.





14. Remove No. 2 rear control valve body, spacer plate and gaskets as an assembly from rear valve body.





15. Remove rear control valve body bolts (333, 335).





16. Remove rear valve body from middle valve body.
