39. Rear Control Valve Body Disassemble
REAR CONTROL VALVE BODY DISASSEMBLECAUTION: VALVE SPRINGS CAN BE TIGHTLY COMPRESSED. USE CARE WHEN REMOVING RETAINERS AND PLUGS. PERSONAL INJURY COULD RESULT.
1. Remove plate (324) from rear valve body.
2. Remove rear valve body cover plate bolt (421).
3. Remove rear valve body cover plate (420).
4. Remove rear valve body cover gasket (419).
5. Remove secondary regulator valve spring (437).
6. Remove secondary regulator valve (436).
7. Remove line pressure control accumulator piston spring- inner (435).
8. Remove line pressure control accumulator piston spring- outer (434).
9. Remove line pressure control accumulator piston (433).
10. Remove shift pressure control valve plunger sleeve (432).
11. Remove shift pressure control valve plunger (431).
12. Remove shift pressure control valve (430).
13. Remove shift pressure control valve spring (429).
14. Remove shift pressure control valve sleeve (428).
15. Remove M2 shift valve spring (427).
16. Remove M2 shift valve (426).
17. Remove shift pressure relay valve spring (425).
18. Remove shift pressure relay valve (424).
19. Remove 3rd gear control valve (423).
20. Remove 3rd gear control valve spring (422).
21. Remove rear valve body cover plate bolt (416).
22. Remove rear valve body cover plate (417).
23. Remove rear valve body cover gasket (418),
24. Remove lock-up relay control valve sleeve (412).
25. Remove lock-up relay control valve plunger (413).
26. Remove lock-up relay valve spring (414).
27. Remove lock-up relay valve (415).
28. Remove 1-2 reverse clutch control valve (411).
