40. Rear Control Valve Body Assemble

REAR CONTROL VALVE BODY ASSEMBLE





1. Inspect rear control valve body (410) casting for the following conditions:
^ Porosity
^ Cracks
^ Damaged machine surface
^ Chips or debris
^ Damage to valve bores
2. Inspect all valves, springs and bushings. Clean all components in clean solvent.





3. Install 1-2 reverse clutch control valve (411).





4. Install lock-up relay valve (415).
5. Install lock-up relay valve spring (414).
6. Install lock-up relay control valve plunger (413).
7. Install lock-up relay control valve sleeve (412).





8. Install rear valve body cover gasket (418).
9. Install rear valve body cover plate (417).
10. Install valve retainer plate bolt (416).





11. Install 3rd gear control valve spring (422).
12. Install 3rd gear control valve (423).





13. Install shift pressure relay valve (424).
14. Install shift pressure relay valve spring (425).





15. Install M2 shift valve (426).
16. Install M2 shift valve spring (427).





17. Install shift pressure control valve sleeve (428).
18. Install shift pressure control valve spring (429).
19. Install shift pressure control valve (430).
20. Install shift pressure control valve plunger (431).
21. Install shift pressure control valve plunger sleeve (432).





22. Install line pressure control accumulator piston (433).
23. Install line pressure control accumulator piston spring outer (434).
24. Install line pressure control accumulator piston spring - inner (435).





25. Install secondary regulator valve (436).
26. Install secondary regulator valve spring (437).





27. Install rear valve body cover gasket (419).
28. Install rear valve body cover plate (420).
29. Install valve retainer plate bolt (421).
