Assemble
FRONT CONTROL VALVE BODYASSEMBLE
1. Inspect front control valve body (345) casting for the following conditions:
^ Porosity
^ Cracks
^ Damaged machine surface
^ Chips or debris
^ Damage to valve bores
2. Inspect all valves, springs and bushings. Clean all components in cleaning solvent.
3. Install solenoid modulator valve (346).
4. Install solenoid modulator valve spring (347).
5. Install solenoid modulator valve bore plug (348).
6. Install sleeve/bore retainer (349).
7. Install 2nd coast clutch control valve spring (358, 359
8. Install 2nd coast clutch control valve (359).
9. Install solenoid modulator valve bore plug (348).
10. Install sleeve/bore retainer (349).
11. Install neutral relay valve (356).
12. Install neutral relay valve spring (357).
13. Install solenoid modulator valve bore plug (348).
14. Install sleeve/bore retainer (349).
15. Install forward clutch control valve (354).
16. Install solenoid modulator valve bore plug (348).
17. Install sleeve/bore retainer (349).
18. Install pressure relief valve (351).
19. Install pressure relief valve spring (350).
20. Install fluid strainer (352).
21. Install ball check valve (355).
