6. Torque Converter Housing Removal

TORQUE CONVERTER HOUSING REMOVAL





1. Position transaxle so torque converter housing is facing up.

NOTICE: Be careful not to interchange 30 mm torque converter bolts with 28 mm fluid pump bolts.

2. Remove torque converter housing cover bolts.





3. Using a plastic hammer, tap lightly on transaxle housing bases to separate torque converter housing from transaxle.
