Front Washer Nozzle Hose and Front Nozzles

REMOVAL




1. Open hood to access wiper arm fasteners.
2. Remove wiper arm fasteners.
3. Lift wiper arm assembly away from windshield and remove wiper arms from pivot shafts.




4. Remove right side air inlet grille fasteners and remove right side air inlet grille panel.
5. Remove left side air inlet grille fasteners.




6. Lift up left side air inlet grille and disconnect front washer nozzle hose from front nozzles.
7. Depress nozzle retaining tabs on under side of air inlet grill and pull front nozzles up to remove.
8. Separate front nozzle hose from front washer solvent container hose that runs along upper motor compartment rail. Remove front nozzle hose.

INSTALLATION
1. Connect front nozzle hose to front washer solvent container hose that runs along upper motor compartment rail.
2. Install front nozzle into air inlet grille.
3. Connect front washer nozzle hose to front nozzle.
4. Install left and right side air inlet grilles.




5. On driver's side, position wiper blade assembly at tick mark in the lower portion of windshield blackout strip.
6. On passenger's side, position wiper blade assembly at tick mark in the A-pillar portion of the windshield blackout strip.
7. Install wiper arm nuts.

Torque:
Front Wiper Arm Retaining Nuts: 15 N.m (11 ft-lbs) + 180°
