Transmission Cooler Line Seals Removal

Tools Required
^ J41239-10 Cooler Line Seal Removal
^ J45201 Cooler Line Seal Removal






Important: If you have special tool J41239-10 use step 1 and 2 only.

1. Install J41239-10 between the cooler line seal (49) and the case.
2. It may be necessary to pivot J41239-10 back and forth against the case to remove the seal.






Important: If you have special tool J45201 use step 3 - 6 only.

3. Insert J45201 collet (2) fully into the cooler line seal bore.
4. Insert the forcing screw piece of the J45201 (1) into J45201 (2) and tighten.





5. Thread the J45201 collar (2) onto J45201 (3) and tighten until the tool has removed the seal.
6. Use a pair of pliers to remove the cooler line seal from J45201.
