Transmission Mount Replacement - Front

Removal Procedure
1. Raise and support the vehicle.
2. Support the transmission with a transmission stand.





3. Remove the frame to mount through bolt.





4. Remove the lower mount bolt (4).
5. Remove the upper mount bolts (2, 3)
6. Remove the front transmission mount (1) from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the front transmission mount (1) to the vehicle.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the upper mount bolts (2, 3).
^ Tighten the bolts to 90 Nm (66 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the lower mount bolt (4).
^ Tighten the bolt to 90 Nm (66 ft. lbs.).





4. Install the frame to transmission mount through bolt.
^ Tighten the bolt to 110 Nm (81 ft. lbs.).
5. Remove the transmission stand.
6. Lower the vehicle.
