Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Lower the instrument panel (I/P) storage compartment below the down stops by squeezing on the sides to allow the down stops to travel past the I/P filler panel.
2. Pull out on the I/P storage compartment in order to unsnap the compartment from the steering column filler panel.

Installation Procedure




1. Align the retaining clips on the I/P storage compartment to the tabs on the steering column filler panel.
2. Push the I/P storage compartment in order to secure.
3. Raise the I/P storage compartment back into position by squeezing in on the sides to allow the down stops to travel past the I/P filler panel.
