Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (L66 at Engine)

Removal Procedure




1. Drain the engine coolant. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System (Static Fill) Draining and Filling Cooling System (GE 47716 Fill).
2. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct from the vehicle.
3. Remove the heater outlet hose clamp from the "T" fitting.
4. Remove the heater outlet hose (1) from the "T" fitting.




5. Remove the heater outlet hose clamp from the engine.
6. Remove the heater outlet hose (1) from the engine.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the heater outlet hose (1) to the engine.
2. Install the heater outlet hose clamp to the engine.




3. Install the heater outlet hose (1) to the "T" fitting.
4. Install the heater outlet hose clamp to the "T" fitting.
5. Install the air cleaner outlet duct to the vehicle.
6. Fill the engine coolant. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System (Static Fill) Draining and Filling Cooling System (GE 47716 Fill).
