Evaporator Drain Tube: Service and Repair

Air Conditioning Condenser and Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Replacement (L66)

1. Recover the refrigerant. Service and Repair
2. Remove the left headlamp. Headlamp Bulb
3. Remove the air cleaner duct. Heater Hose
4. Remove the surge tank. Coolant Reservoir
5. Remove the battery tray. Battery Tray

1. Nut, Tube Assembly - A/C Receiver Dehydrator - Tighten to 16 Nm (12 ft. lb.)
2. Washer, Sealing - Tip: Remove and discard the seal. Coupler HVAC
3. Nut, Tube Assembly - A/C Receiver Dehydrator - Tighten to 10 Nm (89 in. lb.)
4. Nut, Tube Assembly - A/C Receiver Dehydrator - Tighten to 20 Nm (15 ft. lb.)
5. Nut, A/C Compressor Hose - Tip: Position the A/C compressor hose to the side. Tighten to 10 Nm (89 in. lb.)
6. Washer, Sealing - Tip: Remove and discard the seal. Coupler HVAC
7. Washer, Sealing - Tip: Remove and discard the seal. Coupler HVAC
8. Tube Assembly - A/C Receiver Dehydrator
