Crankcase Ventilation Hoses/Pipes Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) valve bolt.
2. Remove the PCV valve.

Installation Procedure





Important: When installing a new PCV valve, make sure the O-rings are in place.

When installing a used PCV valve, use NEW O-rings.

1. Install the PCV valve.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

2. Install the PCV bolt.

Tighten the bolt to 12 N.m (106 lb in).
