Wiper Arm Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Open hood to access wiper arm nut.
2. Remove wiper arm nut.
3. Lift wiper arm assembly away from windshield and remove wiper arm from pivot shaft.

Installation Procedure




1. Position wiper blade assembly at tick mark in lower portion of windshield blackout strip on driver side of vehicle.
2. Position wiper blade assembly at tick mark in windshield pillar portion of windshield blackout strip on passenger side of vehicle.






Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

3. Install the wiper arm nut.

Tighten the nut to 27 N.m (20 lb ft).

4. Operate the windshield wipers and inspect for proper operation.
