Removal Procedure

1.Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement .

2.Remove the front bumper energy absorber. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Energy Absorber Replacement Front Bumper Fascia Energy Absorber Replacement .

3.Remove the impact bar to structure bolts.

4.Remove the impact bar from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

1.Align the impact bar with the structure.

Notice:Refer to Fastener Notice .

2.Install the impact bar to structure bolts.

TightenTighten the nuts to 25 N �m (18 lb ft).

3.Install the front bumper energy absorber. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Energy Absorber Replacement Front Bumper Fascia Energy Absorber Replacement .

4.Install the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement .
