Crankshaft Balancer Removal


Tools Required
* EN 46106 Flywheel Holding Tool
* J 38416-2 Crankshaft Button
* J 41816 Crankshaft Balancer Remover






1. Install theEN 46106 through the starter mounting hole.




2. Remove the crankshaft balancer bolt.




3. Install theJ 38416-2 in the nose of the crankshaft.
4. Install theJ 41816 in order to remove the crankshaft balancer.
5. Tighten the center bolt of theJ 41816 in order to pull the crankshaft balancer off of the crankshaft.
6. Remove theJ 41816 from the crankshaft balancer.




7. Remove theEN 46106.
