Positive Crankcase Ventilation Hose/Pipe/Tube Replacement (PCV Valve/Intake)

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the engine cover. Refer to Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement (Service and Repair) .
2. Disconnect the positive crankcase ventilation (PVC) fresh air pipe (1) from the upper intake manifold.
3. Disconnect the PVC foul air pipe from the PVC valve.



Installation Procedure





1. Connect the PVC foul air pipe to the PVC valve.
2. Connect the PVC fresh air pipe (1) to the upper intake manifold.
3. Install the engine cover. Refer to Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement (Service and Repair) .
